These melt beautifully in cookies and the peanut butter flavor comes through without being too artificial. They held their shape better than I expected during baking too.

The peanut flour in these gives them a real roasted flavor instead of just sweet, so they hold up well in cookies without disappearing. I also stirred some into a bowl of vanilla ice cream while they were still warm and the salt in the peanut butter kept it from tasting too sugary.

Melted a handful of these into a batch of brownies and the peanut flavor actually came through instead of getting lost like chocolate chips sometimes do. The peanut butter and salt in the ingredients give it that salty-sweet thing I was hoping for.
