Salsa - Estilo restaurante

I’ve been through a lot of jarred salsas, but the texture here—those chunky crushed tomatoes and diced onions—really nails the restaurant-style feel. The vinegar and garlic come through just enough to keep it bright without being sharp.

Got this for the restaurant-style kick at home, and the crushed tomato base with real onion and jalapeño chunks makes it taste like it came straight from a taqueria. A little sugar and vinegar round it out nicely. Spooned it over eggs this morning and already planning tacos for dinner.

The jalapeño heat is just right, and the tomato base with garlic gives it that authentic restaurant kick. I've been putting it on tacos and eggs, and it tastes way fresher than anything from a jar.
