Taça de Fudge - Baunilha

Even though it's called Fudge Cup, the vanilla flavor really shines through that white coating without being too sweet. I love how the evaporated milk gives it a richer, creamier texture than most fudge cups I've tried. The palm kernel oil base keeps it from melting too fast at room temp.

I was a little worried the white coating would be waxy, but it melts smooth and the sugar crystals give it a nice crunch. The evaporated milk makes it richer than the usual fudge I've tried, so one small square is actually satisfying.

The vanilla comes through so clearly, not fake or overly sweet, and the texture is dense and creamy like real fudge should be. I ate half the cup in one sitting because the white coating adds just enough richness without getting cloying.
