Queijo Cheddar - Habanero Envelhecido

That habanero kick sneaks up on you—one second it's smooth cheddar, the next your tongue's got a warm, spicy tingle from the red pepper flakes. The peppers are chopped just fine enough to blend in without turning it mushy.

I wasn’t sure about the canola oil at first, but the cheese melts smooth and the pepper flakes give a nice crunch. The habanero heat is serious but doesn't overpower the cheddar. Perfect for spicing up a sandwich.

I was pleasantly surprised by how the habanero peppers add a slow-building warmth instead of just a quick burn. The cheddar itself is creamy with a nice crumbly texture that melts well on a sandwich. Only wish the red pepper flakes were a bit more noticeable throughout.
