Nonpareils - Pastel Mint

The pastel mint coating has that satisfying crunch that dissolves into a smooth, creamy center, and the mint oil gives it a clean finish without being sharp. I've already gone through half the bag while binge-watching a show, and the blue and pink speckles make them almost too pretty to eat.

The mint flavor in these is wonderfully fresh without being overpowering, and the pastel color is just gorgeous. I used them to decorate sugar cookies for a baby shower and they looked so elegant. The little crunch from the nonpareil shell makes them way more fun to eat than plain sprinkles.
