Marshmallow - Gedehydrateerde Vanille Marshmallow Stukjes

These little bits kept their shape perfectly in the oven and didn’t melt into a puddle, which was exactly what I needed for my cookie tops. The vanilla flavor is subtle but real, and the crunch they add is a nice contrast to the soft dough. I’ll be ordering another bag for my next batch.
