Bunker Hill - Rauwe Melk Gerookte Gouda

The smoky depth really comes through in every bite, and it has that firm, crumbly texture I love for snacking. Since it’s made with unpasteurized milk, the flavor feels more complex than your standard grocery store cheese.

The smoke flavor from the natural wood smoke is deep and lingers nicely, and knowing it's from unpasteurized milk makes it taste richer than any pasteurized gouda I've had. I sliced it thin for sandwiches and it melted beautifully on a burger later that week.

The smoky scent hit me the second I opened the wrapper, and the texture is so creamy for a smoked cheese. I love that it’s made with unpasteurized milk and real wood smoke, it tastes way more complex than the mass-produced blocks I usually grab.
