월넛 크릭 향료 - 솔티드 캐러멜

The molasses in this gives it a deeper, richer sweetness than most salted caramel flavorings I've tried. A tiny drop is all you need to transform plain coffee or oatmeal.

Salted caramel flavoring that actually tastes salty-sweet instead of just sugary. I stirred a bit into a batch of frosting and it gave the whole thing a rich molasses depth I wasn't expecting from a liquid flavoring. The xanthan gum keeps it from separating too, which is nice.

A few drops of this in my morning coffee and it tastes like a fancy coffee shop drink. The salt note is subtle but definitely there, which keeps the caramel from getting too sweet. Been using it for a couple weeks now and the bottle's barely gone down.
