팝콘 토핑 - 스위트 캐러멜 글레이즈

The molasses really comes through in this glaze, giving it a rich, deep sweetness without being cloying. I used it on movie night popcorn and the colors looked fun with the kids, though it dries a bit sticky if you don't toss the popcorn fast enough.

This sweet caramel glaze turns a plain bowl of popcorn into a treat that tastes just like carnival kettle corn. I love how the molasses gives it that rich, buttery depth without being overly sticky.

I was pleasantly surprised that this caramel glaze isn't overly thick like some others, and it hardened nicely on the popcorn without making it soggy. It's definitely sweet, which is exactly what I wanted for movie night.
