젤라틴 - 블랙 라즈베리

The deep black raspberry color is so vibrant once mixed, and the fumaric acid gives it just the right tangy bite. I used a little less sugar for my taste, and it still set perfectly firm in about ten minutes.

Mixing up a batch, I’m impressed how the fumaric acid gives it that tart kick without being too sharp. The blue lake colors blend into a nice deep purple as it sets.

The Lake Red 40 gives it that deep, almost jewel-toned raspberry color that looks amazing in clear cups. I used it for a kids' party and even the picky eaters loved the tangy flavor.
