I love how creamy the milk chocolate coating melts with the fudge, and the evaporated milk gives it a rich, smooth texture that's not too heavy.

I was skeptical about the texture, but the fudge itself is perfectly dense and creamy with just the right sweetness from the evaporated milk. It melts slowly on the tongue without being greasy, which is exactly what I wanted.

The milk chocolate coating gives it that satisfying snap before you hit the soft, creamy middle—exactly what I need with my afternoon coffee. I’ve already gone through half the slab in two days.
