콜비 치즈 - 미니 호른

This little cheese horn is perfect for a cheese board, the .8 lb size gives you enough to share without a huge commitment. It has that classic mild Colby flavor, not too sharp, and slices cleanly for snacking. I've been grabbing a few slices with crackers every day since it arrived.

I sliced off a piece from this .8 lb mini horn for a cheese plate and was surprised how creamy the texture was. It held its shape without crumbling but melted beautifully on a warm cracker. Perfect little size for trying a new colby style cheese.

The mini horn shape makes it really easy to slice evenly for cheese boards, and the 0.8 lb size is perfect for a small gathering. It has that classic Colby mildness without being too dry, which I appreciate for snacking. I'll definitely be ordering another one soon.
