커피 - Walnut Creek 다크 로스트 분쇄

First morning cup was smooth and rich with no bitterness at all, even though I usually find dark roasts too harsh for my stomach. The 100% Arabica beans really do make a difference—this is going to be my new daily grind.

I was skeptical about a dark roast without bitterness, but this one actually delivers — smooth and rich from the first sip. It brews perfectly in my drip machine without that harsh edge.

The finish is remarkably clean for a dark roast — no bitter edge hanging around after the last sip. I’ve been brewing it in my French press every morning and the 100% Arabica beans come through smooth and rich, exactly what I wanted.
