ターメリック（粉末）

The color is a gorgeous, vibrant yellow that instantly livens up any dish. I used it in a simple rice pilaf and it added that earthy, slightly bitter warmth I was hoping for.

The color is that vibrant, deep yellow you expect, and it adds a perfect earthy bitterness to my lentil soup. I've been adding a pinch to my rice as well for that rich golden hue, and it blends in seamlessly. Really happy with how fresh and potent this turmeric tastes.

I use this in my morning golden milk and the bitter, peppery flavor is exactly what I was hoping for. The bright yellow color makes my dishes look as good as they taste.
