チーズクランブル - フェタ

I was worried the crumbles would clump together, but the powdered cellulose really keeps them separate for easy sprinkling. The tangy feta flavor is perfect for tossing into Greek salads.

These crumbles actually stay loose in the bag instead of clumping into a brick, which is why I keep buying them. Tossed some over a watermelon and mint salad last night and the salty tang held up great. The natamycin keeps it tasting fresh way longer than the block I used to crumble myself.

Didn't expect much from pre-crumbled feta but this stuff actually tastes fresh and tangy, not chalky at all. The cellulose coating does its job too — no clumping after a week in the fridge. Great on salads and eggs.
