The citric acid gives them just the right tart kick to balance the sweetness, and they don't crumble into dust in my pocket like some chalky candies do. I've been snacking on the yellow and blue blocks all afternoon and the colors are so vivid it's almost a shame to chew them.

The red and blue candy blocks have a nice tang from the citric acid, and the texture is firm but not too hard to bite through. I've been snacking on them while working and they last a good while without getting sticky.
