I was a bit worried about the temperature thing, but after letting it re-solidify in the fridge, the texture came back perfect. The pure beef fat ingredient list is exactly what I wanted for my cooking.

I was a little worried when it arrived melted, but a few hours in the fridge firmed it right back up like nothing happened. Being non-GMO and just plain beef fat is exactly what I wanted for frying potatoes.

Mine showed up soft from the heat, so I just stuck it in the fridge and it firmed right back up like the label says. Rendered clean with no grit, and it's been great for searing potatoes.
