アンドゥイユスモークソーセージ（ロープ）

This smoked sausage has a nice firm snap when you bite into it, and the vinegar and natural smoke flavor give it that authentic taste without being too salty. I used it in a pot of red beans and rice and it held up perfectly without getting mushy.

The garlic powder and paprika give this sausage a nice kick that really comes through when you slice it. I tossed a rope into my beans and the natural smoke flavor added just the right depth without being overpowering.

I just grilled these and the smoke flavor really comes through, with a nice snap from the casing. Great for jambalaya or just slicing up for breakfast.
