Salted caramel flavoring that actually tastes salty-sweet instead of just sugary. I stirred a bit into a batch of frosting and it gave the whole thing a rich molasses depth I wasn't expecting from a liquid flavoring. The xanthan gum keeps it from separating too, which is nice.
