I love that this spread uses white grape juice concentrate instead of added sugar—the blackberries and raspberries really shine through. It’s perfect on my morning toast without that overly sweet aftertaste.

This is my new favorite jam—only fruit and pectin, no added sugar syrups. The blackberries and raspberries give it a nice tart bite that balances the sweetness from the white grape juice. I love that there’s a hint of cider vinegar in there too, makes it taste more like real berries.

I spread this on toast this morning and the strawberry really comes through before the darker berries kick in. It’s sweet but you can taste the tartness from the cider vinegar, which keeps it from being cloying. The texture is thick enough to stay put without feeling overly gelled.
