I was curious about the ginger and fig combo, but it makes the raspberry taste deeper and more complex. Spread some on toast this morning and the citrus from the lemon juice really brightens it up without being too tart.

The ginger and orange give this jam a nice little kick that woke up my plain yogurt. It’s not too sweet, which I appreciate, and the fig concentrate adds a deeper flavor than most raspberry jams I’ve tried. Already finished half the jar in three days.
