Swirled a handful of these into my morning oatmeal and the cinnamon smell hit before I even stirred. They melt fast thanks to the palm oil, so you get little pockets of sweetness instead of gritty chunks.

Used them in a batch of snickerdoodles and they melted into a rich, creamy swirl without turning greasy. The cinnamon comes through warm and spicy, not artificial, and they held their shape nicely in the dough. Definitely my new go-to chip.
