ذرة حلوة صغيرة

The quart jar is way bigger than I expected, so it lasted me through several stir-fries and salads. Corn kernels stay crisp and sweet straight from the fridge, and that little tang from the vinegar keeps them from tasting syrupy.

I wasn't expecting the vinegar kick to come through so nicely behind the sweetness, but it really works. The quart jar is a good size too, I've been spooning these onto salads and straight from the jar all week.

The balance of sugar and vinegar gives these baby corn a nice tangy-sweet kick—perfect for salads or a quick snack. A full quart jar is great value for how flavorful they are.
