Finally found a sweetener that doesn't leave that weird aftertaste I hated in others. The erythritol and stevia blend works great in my morning coffee and dissolves without any grit.

Baked a batch of cookies this weekend and couldn’t tell the difference from real sugar—zero bitter aftertaste, which I was worried about with stevia. The organic erythritol keeps it clean, and the gluten-free label makes it a no-brainer for my son’s allergy.

The two-ingredient list is exactly what I wanted—just erythritol and stevia, nothing weird hiding in there. It dissolves cleanly in my cold brew without that gritty texture, and being gluten-free makes it a safe pick for my kitchen.
