The collagen blend in here is a nice surprise, dissolves smoothly into hot water without clumping. I've tried other sugar-free cocoa mixes, but this one doesn't have that weird metallic aftertaste.

I love that this hot chocolate mix is sweetened with erythritol and stevia instead of sugar—it tastes rich without the guilt. The collagen blend is a nice bonus for my morning routine.
