جوز الهند - رقائق ملاك

The flakes are wonderfully moist and have just the right amount of sweetness for my coconut cream pie. The 1.4 lb bag is perfect for multiple baking projects, and they stayed fresh even after I opened it.

I was worried these flakes would be dry and bland, but they're actually soft and sweet straight from the bag. Used a cup of them in coconut macaroons and the texture held up beautifully in the oven. The resealable 1.4 lb bag is a nice touch since I only bake occasionally.

The 1.4 lb bag is way more than I expected, and the flakes are plump and moist straight out of the package. Sweetened just right for coconut cream pie and my morning yogurt.
